Whitesoft Pty Ltd (ABN 67 645 656 828) ("Whitesoft", "we", "us") is an Australian AI advisory and implementation company located at PO Box 877, Morayfield QLD 4506, Australia. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What personal information we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries and operate this website:
- Contact enquiries: name, work email address, organisation, role, the topic you select and any message you choose to write.
- Website usage: aggregated, privacy-conscious analytics about how pages are used, such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring source. IP addresses are anonymised by our analytics provider. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data.
- Attribution: if you arrive via a campaign link, the campaign parameters in that link may be stored in your browser session so that we understand which channels lead to enquiries.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information through this website. Please do not include sensitive information in enquiry messages.
How we collect it
Directly from you when you complete the contact form, email or call us, and automatically through analytics when you browse the site. You can decline analytics using the notice shown on your first visit, and change that choice by clearing your browser's site data.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, discuss potential services.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not use your information for direct marketing unless you have asked us to keep in touch, and you may opt out at any time by emailing us.
Who we disclose it to
We use a small number of service providers to operate this website, including web hosting, email delivery and analytics providers. Some providers, including Google, may store or process information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle information in a manner consistent with the APPs. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Enquiry details are stored in our business email and, where used, our customer relationship system. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. We retain enquiry information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and then delete or de-identify it.
Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@whitesoft.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Complaints
If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact us at info@whitesoft.com.au or by post to PO Box 877, Morayfield QLD 4506, Australia. We will investigate and respond in writing. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
