Talk to an AI advisor

30 minutes. Leave with clarity.

A no-obligation conversation about your organisation, your priorities and where AI might realistically help. If it is not a fit, we will say so.

What you leave with

  • A candid view of where AI is likely to create value in your organisation, and where it is not.

  • A sense of what a credible business case would need to show, and what it would cost to find out.

  • A suggested first step sized to your situation: a workshop, an assessment, or nothing yet.

  • Straight answers on data, security, privacy and model choice from someone who builds these systems.

Before you book

The questions people usually ask first.

Who will I be talking to?

A senior Whitesoft advisor who would lead your engagement. There is no separate sales team; the person you speak with is the person who does the work.

Is the conversation free?

Yes. The initial conversation is free and carries no obligation. If a paid engagement makes sense we will propose one clearly, with scope, duration and price in writing.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. It helps to have in mind two or three parts of the business where effort, delay or error concentrate, and any AI work already underway or attempted.

We already have AI pilots. Is this still useful?

Often more so. Most of the organisations we speak with have pilots that have not reached production or shown measurable value. Working out why, and what to do next, is exactly what the conversation is for.

Do we need to have chosen a platform or vendor?

No. Whitesoft is technology-agnostic. We work across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, AWS and open-weight models, and we recommend based on your problem, constraints and economics.

How do you handle the information we share?

In confidence, and in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion.
